{"id":370,"date":"2021-11-20T22:57:04","date_gmt":"2021-11-20T22:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fabricareofgreenville.com\/blog\/?p=370"},"modified":"2023-11-20T23:26:28","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T23:26:28","slug":"terms-of-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fabricareofgreenville.com\/blog\/terms-of-service\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms of Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"p1\">FabriCare Terms of Service<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Stains<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span>Fabricare cannot guarantee the removal of all stains.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Despite our best efforts, some stains are permanent or cannot be completely removed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\"><strong>Personal Items<\/strong> &#8211; Please check all garments for money, jewelry, detachable buttons, cufflinks, belts or other valuables prior to drop off.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Fabricare can not be held liable for the loss of personal items left behind for cleaning.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\"><strong>Unclaimed Orders<\/strong> &#8211; Fabricare will hold customer orders for a period of 6 months after the due date of the order.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>We will make every effort to contact you via phone call, text, email, or regular mail if we have contact information on file.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>An order left unclaimed after 6 months will be donated to a local charity of our choice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Customer Service Issues\/Claims Overview<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">Quality Issues<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will happily re-process the item(s) free of charge.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Items should be returned to us within 30 days, not worn and in its Fabricare packaging.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Items returned after 30 days will not be redone.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"s2\">Damage<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 Fabricare is not responsible for damage that a garment incurs because of age, normal wear and tear and improper storage.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If Fabricare damages your item during the cleaning process, we will pay the Fair Market Value for the garment, not Replacement value.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>A claim form will have to be filled out and submitted to Management.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Please allow up to 2 weeks for claim processing.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"s2\">Lost Items <\/span><\/strong>&#8211; If you receive your order back and an item is missing, please contact us as soon as you notice.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Lost items not reported after 30 days of the pickup date of your order will not be processed as a claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FabriCare Terms of Service Stains &#8211; Fabricare cannot guarantee the removal of all stains.\u00a0 Despite our best efforts, some stains are permanent or cannot be completely removed.
