FabriCare Terms of Service

  • Stains – Fabricare cannot guarantee the removal of all stains.  Despite our best efforts, some stains are permanent or cannot be completely removed.
  • Personal Items – Please check all garments for money, jewelry, detachable buttons, cufflinks, belts or other valuables prior to drop off.  Fabricare can not be held liable for the loss of personal items left behind for cleaning.
  • Unclaimed Orders – Fabricare will hold customer orders for a period of 6 months after the due date of the order.  We will make every effort to contact you via phone call, text, email, or regular mail if we have contact information on file.  An order left unclaimed after 6 months will be donated to a local charity of our choice.
Customer Service Issues/Claims Overview
  • Quality Issues – If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will happily re-process the item(s) free of charge.  Items should be returned to us within 30 days, not worn and in its Fabricare packaging.  Items returned after 30 days will not be redone.
  • Damage – Fabricare is not responsible for damage that a garment incurs because of age, normal wear and tear and improper storage.  If Fabricare damages your item during the cleaning process, we will pay the Fair Market Value for the garment, not Replacement value.  A claim form will have to be filled out and submitted to Management.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for claim processing.
  • Lost Items – If you receive your order back and an item is missing, please contact us as soon as you notice.  Lost items not reported after 30 days of the pickup date of your order will not be processed as a claim.
